Aikido practice from an integral perspective.
Trial class for beginners: free of charge.

Trainer Carolina van Haperen holds 3rd dan aikikai.
She has experience in the technical curriculum of late Saito Sensei, as well in the free form jiyu waza and perspectives of Cassidy Sensei.
