Training in the Styles of Jin-do Karate, American Karate Systems, Soft form defense. 7th Degree Black Chief Instructor. State and National Competitor. Forms, sparring and defensive training for both men and women.
Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at American Jin-do Karate Center:
- Kung Fu
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
- Shotokan Karate
- Tae Kwon Do
Programs & Class Schedule
Age range for students is from 5 years old and up. Childrens classes are Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00 pm. Adult classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30pm.
Class fees are $5.00 per class - 40 for month.
We also offer Walu Kung-fu training and Tai Chi by Sifu Rob Harwood
