Olympic Style TaeKwonDo, ages 5 and up
Street Practical Self Defense, ages 5 aqnd up.
Patterson Kenpo Karate, ages 5 and up.
Crime Prevention Seminars, all ages.
Advanced Martial Arts Classes, ages 10 and up.
Elite Fighter Programs, ages 10 and up.
Competition Training, ages 5 and up.
Elite Physical Fitess Classes, ages 5 and up.
Business Hours are from 2:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday
Saturday and Sunday for Requests and Private Lessons ONLY.
Classes are as follows:
Monday through Friday: 2:30pm to 3:30pm PeeWee Classes
Monday through Friday: 3:30pm to 4:30pm Adult Form and Techniques
Monday through Friday: 4:30pm to 6:00pm Kids and Beginners
Monday and Wednesday: 6:00pm to 7:00pm Weapons Class
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 6:00pm to 7:00pm Forms and Techniques
Monday through Friday: 7:00pm to 8:30pm: Adults and Advanced Class
Saturday: Classes and Private Lessons By Request/Appointment only.
Sunday: Private Lessons by Appointment only.
Studio is open for member Students to train during Business Hours! We encourage you as a Student to come in and train as much as you can!!
